About DeedClaim

DeedClaim is a self-service platform that allows individuals and organizations to create deeds in minutes.  We eliminate the time and hassle involved with using a traditional law firm to prepare real estate transfer documents.  Our cloud-based deed preparation platform and online access means that you don’t need to schedule appointments or have expensive meetings with attorneys.

How it Works

The DeedClaim.com deed creation platform uses a sophisticated interview process to create custom deeds for individuals, trusts, and organizations.  The interview guides you through the real estate transfer process with simple, easy-to-understand explanations of the legal concepts involved. When you complete the interview, the deed is delivered to you by e-mail. You can read more about our process at How it Works.

Our Law Firm

DeedClaim.com was developed by attorneys from FortenberryLaw PLLC, a law firm that uses technology to streamline the document creation process.  For more than a decade, our attorneys have prepared thousands of deeds for individuals, organizations, and governmental agencies. DeedClaim.com was launched to provide deed preparation services for people seeking do-it-yourself options, better service, value, and mobility.

Note:  No legal services are provided on this site. If  you request legal services, they will be provided by FortenberryLaw PLLC. Although we provide general information free of charge, your use of DeedClaim.com does not establish an attorney-client relationship.  An attorney-client relationship requires an attorney with FortenberryLaw PLLC to agree in writing to represent you.  Unless that happens, you shouldn’t take anything on this site to be legal advice or make any decisions based on it.
